How do I ensure that my Nasal Aspirator won't leak through the side vent?It could be due to 2 reasons: 1. The waste tank is full. 2. The product was used incorrectly. Make sure that the nozzle is between 30-60° from the face. (See photos)

How long can we use the Rite Aid Hydrogel Breast Discs for?You can use the Rite Aid Hydrogel Breast Discs for up to 12 hours or when the discs become cloudy or milky. For hygiene purposes, we recommend replacing the discs after 12 hours of use.

Why does the head of my Rite Aid Baby Nail Trimmer stop rotating?In normal circumstances, the Rite Aid Baby Nail Trimmer filing head spins as it files the baby's nail. As part of its safety feature, the rotating head stops when too much pressure or force is used on the baby's fingers or nails. The device stops when this happens to prevent any unwanted distress on baby.

How to change the measurement mode of the Rite Aid Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer?With the device turned on, press the mode button located on the left side of the thermometer to change the measurement mode. The current mode will be displayed on the screen: Please read the instruction manual before using the device.

How can I change the unit of measurement from Fahrenheit to Celsius?Turn on the device, then press and hold the “MODE” button on the side of the device for 2 seconds, until “F4” displays on the screen. Press the “MODE” button again and “F5” should show on the screen. Press the “MEM” button to select Celsius (°C) or the power button to select Fahrenheit. Please read the instruction manual before using the device.

Do you offer free delivery?We offer free delivery for orders totalling $100.00 or above (not including the shipping fee). Orders under $100.00 will be charged with the standard $12.00 delivery fee.

Do you ship internationally?No, we only ship within Australia.

When will I receive my order?Delivery times vary according to delivery location and volume. In general, delivery takes around 5-9 business days. Orders are processed within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. However, during Christmas, please expect longer delivery because of the high volumes of parcels expected to be delivered by our courier partners.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order if it is still pending for processing and has yet to be shipped. All placed orders before 12PM AWST (Mondays to Fridays) are dispatched on the same day. Once orders are shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
